The Lite Loyalty Program is designed to increase user engagement by tackling low awareness and sign-ins. By showcasing benefits, streamlining registration, enhancing key touchpoints, and capturing users' email IDs for marketing, the program aims to drive participation, boost retention, and build stronger customer loyalty

PROBLEM STATEMENT
Lack of awareness about the Loyalty program
Users were unaware of the Lite Loyalty program and its benefits.
A popup on the homepage was the sole communication tool for the program, with only 1-2% interaction rates among 100 users.

Low Sign-in rates
Users were not signing in while using the app, opting instead to browse as guests and subsequently dropping off.
The sign in process was not user friendly with the Pop-up
GOALS
In the Goal Alignment Workshop, stakeholders from marketing, CMS, tech, and creative teams aligned on objectives for the Lite Loyalty program. We mapped roles, prioritized goals by impact and feasibility, and defined success metrics like boosting registrations and engagement, ensuring a unified direction for the program.

USER SURVEYS & INTERVIEWS
User surveys and interviews showed low awareness of the Lite Loyalty program, with users seeking simpler sign-in, personalized rewards, and clearer guidance on earning and redeeming points. Gamified features and timely notifications were highlighted as key to boosting engagement.
COMP ANALYSIS
In the competitive analysis we observed that other brands/companies incentivize users to sign in and actively prompt them to do so. Many competitors integrate options to subscribe to newsletters or join their loyalty programs seamlessly within the user experience, often at key interaction points.
